To fund a drugs awarenes program or to fund the high school basketball clinic program

I understand that the school board has a surplus budget and two proposals have been suggested for its use. The first is to fund a drug awareness program and the second is to fund the high school basketball clinic program. I would like you to support the first proposal to fund the surplus budget for a drug awareness program in the high school because students are not aware of the effect of taking various drugs and it will prevent drug related crimes such as sexual abuse, murder, stealing, and fighting in the school. As we know, high numbers of students have become addicted to drugs such as marijuana, cocaine, crack, depressant and too much drinking of alcohol which is affecting their mental and forced them to commit crimes.
