INTRODUCTION

Every schedule reflects its maker's unique set of priorities and responsibilities. No two people have precisely the same idea of what constitutes perfect time management. The final determinant is simply whether our relationship with time is a happy one that enables us to meet our professional obligations, enjoy the company of those we love, and take good care of our most important asset--our health.

Time Management skills refer to the manager's ability to prioritize work, to work efficiently, and to delegate appropriately. Managers and organizations must be sensitive to a variety of environment dimensions and forces reflected in the general, task, and internal environments. The general environment consists of the economic, technological, political-legal, sociocultural, and international dimensions.
