The Benefits of Aerobics
There are many benefits related to aerobics activities. These benefits are more effective if these aerobics exercises are done on a regularly basis, such as two to four times a week.
First of all, what types of exercises refer to aerobics? In fact, it is basically “any exercise that helps your use of oxygen more efficiently by reaching and maintaining your Target Heart Range” . Aerobics activities may be divided into two categories: high impact and low impact. Low impact aerobics could be any exercises where always one foot stays on the floor in order to support more adequately the weight of the body. High impact aerobics could be any exercises that include movements or actions where both feet may be off the floor.
