This is The Awakening, So, wake Up!?!
In Kate Chopin’s The Awakening, words are stronger than actions. The story concerns Edna Pontellier's "awakening" from the slumber of southern womanhood. How she will manage her new perceptions, amid her family and lovers, is the novel's main point. What she awakens to, however, is so much bigger than herself that she can’t survive the intricacy of it. The dialogues build from previous dialogues so a lot is revealed in what people say or don’t say. The expositions, usually coming in the form of Edna’s emotions or thoughts, both presents and comments on the rising action. Details within the text also contain different words and emit feelings through the actions of the characters, their inner conflicts and outcome of the story.
