Things that was wrong with the Government in the 19th Century.

One thing that I think that was wrong with the government in the 19th Century was the voting system. Women and not all men were allowed to vote. This is bad because they did not have a say in who should be in power and this is unfair because they could have been treated better if their votes made a difference.
