The Tell-Tale Heart

The first reading assignment gave me the opportunity to return to the time when I was a teenager. Then an American writer, Edgar Allan Poe, was one of my favorite writers. I always tried to find his book on a library’s shelves. Today, when I was reading his story, “The Tell-Tale Heart”, I wanted to remind myself what I liked in Edgar Poe’s stories, and why there were so interesting for me.
The story “The Tell-Tale Heart” is one of many ones where a narrator is the main hero. I think that it brings feelings of someone’s uncovered privacy or secrecy.
