The Spectacular Downfall of Reginald P. Linux

Reginald P. Linux was a wealthy eccentric, watcher of the occult, and collector of the macabre. On this particular day he sat in his favorite chair, a sturdy satin-bound easy chair, in his study. The floor of the study was almost as lush as the well-kept gardens surrounding his mansion; it was covered in a lush, billiard green carpeting. The walls of the study were almost completely coated in bookshelves; each holding leather-bound first editions, all of them crying to be re-read. In front of the reclining Reginald was the fur of a rather dangerous looking beast, it looked as ferocious as the devil itself. In the far right corner, the only spot not covered by a bookshelf, resided a liquor cabinet; stocked with various liquors, brandies, wiskeys, and of course, the proper glasses to drink them all with. The liquor cabinet and chair were the only pieces of furniture in the study, but this did not make the room any less impressive.
Reginald casually took a drag off of his pipe...
