The Sister cities

Do you know how many capitals in Latin America should be called “sister cities”? Not so much, without doubt. According to historians, Caracas and Bogota have many fascinating similarities which in fact can illustrate why they are considered “sister cities”.
First, Caracas and Bogota, both largest and populated metropolis, are located at the north side of South America.
