The semester in reflection

I have to start off by saying that this has been both the most challenging, and yet the most rewarding English class that I have taken this far in my student career. Up until now, I have never really thought about my English class or even cared for it. This class, however, really began my thinking of my writing and where I could improve on it. Usually, I get a grade on a paper and never think twice about it, but in this class, I began to care about my grades on my papers. While this may sound much like regular brown-nosing, I do think that it is because of the teacher. As well as the teacher, it is the atmosphere that I have been placed in while in class. It is much easier for me to write well and still enjoy it when I am comfortable. Beginning on day one I was comfortable. As the semester progressed, also began to feel more comfortable with my writing, and as proof my grades in the class went up. Before, when I got grades on papers, I would not read the comments or even care ...
