Markle Evangeline Residence
The Markle Residence is an intergenerational residence operated by The Salvation Army for professional business, graduate, and undergraduate college women as well as senior citizen women. The residence also houses senior citizen men over 60 years. Young women must be employed full time or be attending college in New York or a combination of the two.
LOCATION: The Markle Residence is situated in Greenwich Village, one of the safest area in New York City. The Residence is within walking distance of banks, churches, libraries, universities, parks, subways and buses. Our exact location is: 123 West 13th Street between sixth and seventh avenues.
RATES Rent is paid on a weekly basis (Monday to Sunday) after a 4 weeks security deposit is paid. Room and board is the only
