The Role Player
The exceptional player and the role player are very different , the exceptional player is a leader and can help everyone to mesh well. She keeps the team as one and working together. But the role player can still get the job done with no questions asked. Each role player has her own part on the team even though she may not start; she keeps her head in the game even when she¡¦s sitting on the bench watching.
I would want to be a role player for now, because I don¡¦t think I am ready for the responsibility yet to be an exceptional player but I will work hard to get there as quickly as I can.
