The Restrictions on Civil Liberties are unjustified?

On September 11, a horrible tragedy stroked America. It was when two hijacked planes crashed into the World Trade Towers, which lead them to collapse into gravel and dust. Now that President Bush knows what happen, he is now waging war with Iraq. What will happen if decided on going to war? Will citizens still have rights/freedom or will they pt restrictions on them? If the war was to happen and they would put restrictions on our rights/freedom it would be wrong. I feel that they should not put restrictions on them because this is what citizens of America strived for, which is known as the Bill of Rights.
Even though civil liberties should not be restricted, it?s happening right before my eyes. Just the other day 100 people from Albany, New York got arrested. They got arrested for protesting of a man?s arrest for wearing a peace T-shirt while shopping in a Crossgates Mall.
