The Reformation of the Senate

The Senate is composed of 104 members. 104 members who do next to nothing, and get paid $100,000 every year for it. The Senate itself is quite useful, but some major changes need to take place. The following aspects will be explored to attempt to back up this statement: the Senator’s present-day functions, the cost of their paychecks, and the experience of the Senators themselves.

Most senators do very little work. They occasionally sign bills, make their own bills, and sometimes study various government issues.
