Discipline is a part and parcel of a student’s life. Discipline can be defined as training or control often using a system of punishment, aimed at producing obedience to rules. A lot has been said about the deviant behaviour of students. In each schools either primary or secondary schools, it is the duty of the discipline teacher to maintain the discipline of the students. In the olden days, majority of the discipline teachers are identified as the typical headmaster type who is curt, unsympathetic, and unaproachable person.
