The patriot games

The story begins with Jack Ryan and his wife and daughter on a

working vacation in London. Jack, who is a former lieutenant of the U.S

Marine Corps, happens to stumble upon a terrorist- kidnapping attempt on

the members of the Royal Family. He prevented the attempt, suffering grave

injury, and recovers to testify in the trial of one of the terrorists who he shot,

who escapes while being transported to prison. While Jack and his family

returns home, the escaped terrorist plots for revenge on Ryan. As the

terrorists attack Ryan's family, they seriously injured them, so he decided to

join up with the C.I.A to find the terrorists and bring them to justice.


The book is written by Tom Clancy, who was born on April

12th, 1947. He now lives in Maryland, U.S....
