The Nature of man:William Golding’s perspective.

In the book Lord of the Flies, the author William Golding illustrates that evil resides in all human kind. The book Lord of the Flies was an extremely moving and brutal book. It showed the contrast of good verses evil. The plane crash that started the boys exhilarating adventure was a result of them fleeing war. In the conclusion, there ended up being war on the island. William Golding does a great job of showing the contrast between good and evil.
The ancient philosopher, Socrates, argues that “If one pursues knowledge through justice and wisdom, one will eventually always chose what is right and good because there will be no other choice.” This is saying that a person who has been well educated will never chose the wrong choice, because once he knows the right choice he will choose it.
