The Modern World

Walk up to any random person on the street and ask them to give you their
interpretation of what art is. The chances of any two responses being similar is

considerably slim. Art in itself is another culture with its own history and
language. Impressionism, Cubism, Dadaism, Baroque, and all the numerous
other forms through history have occupied critics for hundreds of years trying
to
describe and identify each piece. The actual pieces that have been salvaged
through the years are not the only link to what art really is. From the stages
of
the Renaissance to the Modern Art that occupies the minds of recent artist, this

culture has progressed to new and unexplored areas of the previous. It is an
absurd scheme to conquer to try and determine what exactly art is. Each person
contains their own opinion of the art world, whether educated or a general
interpretation. This has allowed the recent run of modernism in the art world
to
tackle the minds of critics,...
