The Mighty Anaylisis

In the film The Mighty directed by Peter Chesolm something said by Kevin was ‘’Every word is part of a picture, every sentence is a picture, all you do is let your imagination connect them together.’‘ Although the book was compared to the movie by one significant scene, there seems to have many more differences than similarities. In the movie Loretta takes over Iggy’s role while in the book Iggy is the one who comes into the apartment. In the book the main character, Max, seems to be more bitter and alike to his father as compared to the movie. Kenny Kane seems to trust his son more so in turn he reveals his lawless plans to him.
In the book Iggy is the one to communicate with Kenny but in the movie Loretta is the one to talk with them. In the movie all that Iggy does is to introduce Kenny and Max to the old lady’s apartment. In contrast to that in the book Iggy does all the dirty work such as driving away the cops. A quote from the book is ‘’I said, come back w...
