Kelly felt 'betrayed' by MoD - widow
Government weapons expert David Kelly said he felt "totally let down and betrayed" by the Ministry of Defence after it released his name to reporters, his widow Janice has told the Hutton Inquiry.

Mrs Kelly said he held those feelings because "they were the ones that effectively let his name be known in the public domain".
