The Importance of Exercise

“A person who exercises on a regular basis enjoys good nights sleep, a good appetite and a sense of well being throughout the day. Also exercise can keep your spirits up whenever dealing with depression and exercise allows you to have a relaxed lifestyle.” I’ve been searching for some ways to get myself motivated and start exercising like I used to in high school. Since I’ve started college I haven’t really exercised much and I’ve noticed that my muscles aren’t as toned and I’ve put on a few pounds. But in order to lose weight, I have to not only eat the right nutritious foods, but also exercise regularly. My roommate and I have recently come up with a plan to lose weight and stay fit as well as healthy. We went grocery shopping and bought fruit, Healthy Choice meals, Lean Cuisines, and Weight Watcher Smart Ones.
