THE GREAT GATSBY CHAPTER 3

In the story The Great Gatsby, in chapter III, Nick, who was one of the characters who Gatsby had actually invited to his party. In this chapter it shows how Nick has ambivalent feelings toward several women in his life. One of the woman whom he meat was at Gatsby party. He showed that there was something curiously about the woman named Jordan Baker. There was another girl whom he had a short affair with, while he was in Jersey City. He also showed his mixed feelings at the near end of the chapter, when he told himself that for a short moment he felt that he loved Jordan.
