Justification of the recommended manual system:






User Objectives:

I have talked to the manager about the shop’s computerized system requirements and the objectives are listed below:

The database must allow him to see details of customers quickly and easily.
He needs to be able to see who his best customers are.
He needs to be able to see who owes him money.
He wants a "Fashion Form" so that he can enter details of different clothes, prices, suppliers and so on.
He wants to be able to print price lists.
He wants to be able to enter an item name and price and then see all items matching the criteria as well the items below or above that price.
The manager says that he is "illiterate about computers" and, therefore, he wants the system to be very easy to use and use-friendly.
He is also worried about a competitors/ hackers stealing the database and seeing the details of his customers. Therefore, he wants the system to be very secure.
