The effects of adolesent mothers EFFECTS OF TEENAGE MOTHERS Females having children during their adolescent years suffer many adverse effects. These effects leave a chain reaction of problems that stems from one another. For instance, most teenage mothers do not finish school or it is delayed because of financial or emotional problems. The burden of childcare expenses enables the mother to attend school, resulting in an incomplete education. Without a proper education, finding a job is very difficult.
