 Length of pieces of Beetroot – 2.5cm
 Diameter of Beetroot – 7mm
 Volume of water in each boiling tube – 20cm3
 Pre-incubation time length – 10 minutes
 Diffusion time – 20 minutes
 Volume of solution in cuvette
 Wavelength of blue light – 470nm
