The Effect of drugs and alcohol on Dental health

Dental health is an important part of hygiene and the body. Bad dental health can lead to diseases, pain and even death. Drugs and Alcohol effect and lead to more common problems in Dental health then most people think. To get a first hand experience of the Damage drugs and alcohol lead to I interviewed and the notes of that interview are on a separate sheet. I summarized what I leaned by answering the most common questions that came up in my mind before the interview that I could answer after.

Q. What are the main effects of drugs and Alcohol on Dental hygiene?
Drugs and Alcohol destroy the gum line as well as reside it. They cause discoloration in all areas of the mouth. Drugs such as chewing tobacco lead to the break down of teeth and lead to the gum disease gingivitis.
