The Differences of Two Cities

Eagle River, Alaska and Monroe, Louisiana are two cities I have enjoyed living in.

Although both cities, are different in the areas of wildlife hunting, weather, and the educational

system, I love these cities. I feel more connected to Alaska, because I spent the majority of my

childhood there. I still enjoy Monroe though.

Monroe and Eagle River are both known for wildlife hunting. However, the type of

wildlife in these two cities are very different. Moose, bear, and caribou are the top game hunts

in Eagle River. Unlike Eagle River, deer, turkey, and squirrel are some of the more popular

hunts in Monroe. My favorite animal to hunt is deer. The Monroe area have a more abundant

population unlike any of the wildlife in Eagle River.

Eagle River have a less abountand population of wildlife because of over hunting and
