The difference Between US and UK sitcoms

For this presentation decided that I would look at British and American sitcoms, ask members of the public which Us and Uk sitcoms they liked the most and then compare the two most popular.
I made several questionnaires to my fellow students, lecturers along with my friends and relatives to get a broad opinion from different sexes and many age groups.

The most popular Us sitcom unsurprisingly was friends and the most popular Uk sitcom was my Family.

After I had asked people to chose their favourite sitcom I then had them chose which of the two sitcoms they chose was better.
My Family got more votes. Incidentally people also felt that the Uk made better sitcoms then the Us in general.
