THE COST OF PROCRASTINATION



In life, everything comes with a price tag. It does not have to necessarily be of monetary value, but it may cost time, energy, or unnecessary frustration and stress. I learned it the hard way… when I encountered one of those famous, “ starting your day off on the wrong foot,” days. To say the least, I learned a lot about myself that day. Martin Luther King once said, “ The strength of a man’s character is not in the quiet times of rest, but character comes from the heated trials of adversity.”
You know it’s going to be “one of those days” when your supervisor calls you at home to wake you up at 6:30 am to let you know that you are officially late for your 6:00 am shift. The greatest thing I enjoy about working at 6:00 am to 3:00 pm is that I miss the rush hour traffic going...
