The Bubonic Plague

The Bubonic Plague is the most common type of plague. It is also called the

black plague. It is called this because it causes the blood under the skin to Dry and

turn black. The Bubonic Plague pretty much stayed around Europe and there have

not been any serious outbreaks in a long time.

Fleabites and exposure to infected tissue cause the Black Plague. If there

were a dead body in the middle of the street many people would be infected. It

would be extremely easy for people to be catch it. It would also infect the people who

have to expose of the bodies. Fleas are also very common and would cause the

disease to spread very quickly. This could make getting plague very easy. Being bit

once by an infected flea could kill somebody. These things make plague so easy to be

passed on.
