The Bigger, the Better
After reading the article My Hips, My Caderas it’s comforting to know that in some cultures being voluptuous is a virtue; the bigger the better. It is understood that in America everyone strives for the perfect body. Women want a size one waist and men want to be as muscular as possible, doing whatever it takes to obtain their goals. It’s understood, but it’s not really what everyone wants. In America, we are a people of all different races, ethnicities, shapes and sizes. While there are a few who really prefer the perfect body for themselves or their mates, it really doesn’t matter to the majority of Americans. All you have to do is look around and see that more people don’t have the perfect body.
