· Know about Client – Read and record articles regarding you client. You need to know everything about the client. This way sometimes you can inform a client about his market or competitors.

· Keep client informed about you – You need to be the primary informer to your client about your business before he discovers about you from other sources.

· Product knowledge – If you have the knowledge of the product, you can advise your client whenever there is a problem or an opportunity.

· Constant Contact – It is essential to strengthen relationships with the clients. Hence constant touch is of prime importance.
