The Beauty of Dance
“Sometimes you come across a talent so beautiful and perfect that you can’t even envy, you can only admire”~unknown. This quote is the only words that would begin to describe the whirl of emotions I felt after watching the performance by the Ballet Nacional de Cuba. It was truly a breath taking performance. This is the first performance I have been able to see where I could not take my eyes off the dancers. They captured every emotion I felt in their perfection of movement. Their performance of the greatest ballet pieces grew more beautiful each scene. Every time I thought I had seen the best dance in the world it got mystifyingly better than the last dance. It was the most beautiful, perfect performance I have ever seen in my life, it was priceless.
