The Architectural structure of the Taoist temples are integral in the ritual and social dimensions of the faith

Architecture is described as the art or science of building a structure to a particular style of building. Many faiths including Taoism have very specific ways and designs that they build their buildings and position different religious icons. Many of these different styles depend on the culture that the religion came from. As Taoism comes from china it can be seen that the religious buildings will reflect Chinese architecture.

Much of the architecture of the Evergreen Taoist Temple is based on Feng Shui, which is an ancient art related to the law and order of the universe and the power of nature. Based on the elements of astronomy, astrology, geology, physics mathematics, philosophy, psychology and intuition.
