Terrorist cell

terrorist cell is an independent group of terrorists that take action without a central leadership. Terrorist groups such as the Hamas and Hezbollah have these cells stationed around the world. Even though they belong to same terrorist group, they do not coordinate attacks. They do share a common purpose and belief. Because there is no centralized leader, each member of the cell has to be highly educated on the situation to know when to strike and how to do it.
