Teenage sleep patterns

Waking up for school for some students is difficult. The early hours should not change because it would make it even more difficult for the students. Study done by Center of Applied Research and Education express’ arguments, which show sleep being directly related to the grades students from Rhode Island and Minnesota receive. The less sleep received at home the more tendency the student has to doze off in class and miss work time.
