Even though teenage pregnancy keeps increase with a rate of multiplying factor, the responsible companies (parents, schools, professionals, government…) didn’t seem to have any solution that can stop, or at least reduce the rate of that epidemic.
In the early 1970s the phrase “teen pregnancy” was just not part of the public lexicon. By 1978, however, a dozen articles per year were being published on the topic; by the mid-1980s the number had increased to two dozen; and by 1990 there were more than two hundred, including cover stories in both Time and Newsweek. Everybody in the nation can see and criticize that, but how many of them, including parents and the professionals pay enough attention to find out why it getting worse year after year, and who’s at fault?
