Nowadays we live in the year 2002, only 2 years ago, the humanity came into the XXI century which is called "the century of high technologies and information". So, the issues of influence of technology on the society and nature are in the spotlight of almost everybody. Government, scientists, politicians and also ordinary people are interested in the technology as it has improved our world in many ways.
