Even though it is the twenty-first century, there are still a lot of countries – countries that have dense populations – that suffer from major social and economical problems. These difficulties are mostly due to the lack of experience, the financial need – to buy the new technology – and the outdated system used. However, and in order to achieve an economical growth, a whole development plan should be prepared; A plan that would take into consideration all of the three aspects mentioned above. Since a well-established research or study would be direct to the point and thus save a lot of money and work. So with the help of specialized personnel, studies should be done taking into account all the elements touching these problems. This project will start by the technical train needed to a way to draw capitals and investments into the country, all of this accompanied with social development.
