Teachers Preparing Video Classes

Technology has invaded the classrooms. Although computers and cameras are some


of the items that illustrate this invasion, undoubtedly, videos are the most common


exponents that can be found in many classrooms. Some teachers feel frustrated and even


terrified whenever they are told to include video classes to their syllabuses. They start


complaining as they do not know why they have to use video, what to work with


and ,what is more, they even do not have any idea on what kinds of activities they should


prepare. Then, the teachers´ desperation brings failure to the class. In fact,


teachers should bear in mind that video classes should not be any kind of predicament


and that in order to succeed when preparing a video class, there are some vital points that


must be considered.



The fact that video is a strange tool in the classroom for some teachers, does not
