Another tree comes crashing to the ground as the lumberjack cuts through the tree with his chain saw. John Hannah, former employee of the Ontario Parks Association (OPA) and Reference to Authority, says that everyday there is over 100 thousand trees cut down each day. Trees don’t grow very fast so if that number remains that high, we will run out of trees very soon. But if we recycle, that number will decrease because when you recycle, the need for new raw materials also decreases. If everyone recycled, a number of things would be better: we would have better protection such as cleaner air and water, we would conserve more things like energy and raw materials, reduce the number of hazards like pollution and global warming, and increase our economy by creating new jobs and saving money. Nothing bad comes out of recycling, only good. This is why everyone should recycle. These days, everyone is so concerned about their health and for how long they are ...
