1) Functionality
The software I have chosen allows my client to do all the things he wanted to do.
Possible upgrades/enhancements are:
He could buy newer versions of the software e.g. Work 8.0 or Microsoft Word 2003. These will be newer versions so will have features that won’t be available on the software he has just now.

2) Cost
The software I have chosen was one of the best products to recommend at its price. It does have value for money because I bought most of the software in a package, which cuts a good bit off the price. 1 or 2 possible alternatives don’t fit the requirements becaus...
