Swimming Clubs.

Our club was formed in 1968 at the Rockville Municipal Swim Center by Bill Bullough. Since that first year with Bill and coach Jim Williams, the program has added sites at Martin Luther King in 1980, Montgomery College-Germantown Campus in 1983, Montgomery Aquatic Center in 1990, and Olney Indoor Swim Center in 1994. Both Bill (Aquatics Superintendent for the Montgomery County Recreation Department) and Jim (Senior I Group coach at Rockville) are still active within the program. Each of the RMSC sites offers a full program for competitive swimmers at every level from mini-team through national caliber.
