Sunsoy Vs. Lactaid, Which is the Closer Substitute to the Real Thing?

Milk is always an easy and accessible item for most people, but there are a few people who are not able to digest milk properly due to their inability to digest lactose. . Most people have the enzymes needed to break down the various sugars found in milk, but there is a certain one that a few people lack, Lactase. This usually affects babies born without the enzyme, or older people who stop producing the enzyme. Without this enzyme, a person cannot digest the sugar lactose. This will cause an uncomfortable feeling in his or her stomach as it passes through the digestive track.
