Summary of The Doll's House

THE DOLL’S HOUSE

A tale of the haves and the have nots. When old Mrs. Hay returns home after staying with the Burnells she sends them a doll house. It is a very large doll house. It is painted an oily spinach green and some bright yellow. It has two chimneys glued on the roof, four windows and a tiny porch. The whole house front swung back and you could see all the rooms at once. The rooms were papered, there were pictures on the walls and red carpet on the floors.What Kezia liked more than anything was the little amber lamp with a white globe that stood in the middle of the dining room table. It seemed to smile at Kezio.
