Student Rights

Professor Ludwig has clearly violated the subject’s right to privacy and dignity. Even though the principal is also in violation of the student’s privacy and he should have preserved teacher and student confidentiality, he violated that creed. The students did not have to honor the request of the principal, but because of his authoritative position and what that role portrays the students may have all participated.
