Unemployment will always be a part of the labor force. Amongst the people who are unemployed there are those who are: frictionally unemployed, structionally, cyclically, and seasonally unemployed; Strive was created for those who want to be a part of the labor force or are in one of the four unemployment categories. The purpose of Strive is to shape these people into quality producers in the labor force. They do this by first shaping their attitudes. Then working on the way they present themselves and the realization of the importance of teamwork.
