Stress On The Body

Stress is an aspect of life. Stress plays a key role in daily life, influencing, if not controlling, happiness, efficiency and health. Stress occurs everyday and with everyone. There is always something that is causing one to be anxious or nervous. However, it is what causes the stress and tension that can be dealt with. Personally, I am constantly under stress, or feel that way. Yet, there is a cure for stress, outlets one can use to channel the frustrations and apprehensiveness to carry it off. Stress is almost an essential part of my life, the causes and the effects of it, however, are what I need to learn to deal with.
