Stress

Stress is a person’s reactions to change. It is a physical and mental response to feelings, situations, other people, or places. Stress is an underestimated problem that most people do not take seriously. Stress is the cause of most problems in peoples lives. The certain things that cause stress are called stressors. Stressors can be internal or external. People can have minor stressors or major stressors depending on the situation they are in.
