Stress

As every one knows that no matter how old and what kind of person you are, you will encounter stress in your life. Some people who will encounter stress are college students, children, and workers. I will explain what stress is, how it affects different kinds of people and their health, what strategies people can use to eliminate stress in life and how people manage stress better.
What is stress? Stress is a mentally or emotionally disruptive or upsetting condition occurring in response to adverse external influences and capable of affecting physical health. Stress has physical and emotional effects on us and can be positive and negative. As positive influence, stress can force us to act; it can result in a new awareness and an exciting new perspective. As a negative influence, it can result in feelings of distrust, rejection, anger, and depression that can cause health problems such as headaches, mental problems, lack of sleep, upset stomach, insomnia, hig...
