Which is it?
Burnout and pressure, in the corporate world, can be badges of honor. Many people talk about how much pressure they are under. The implication is that these individuals are overworked because they are important and have been entrusted with a significant amount of responsibility.
Admitting to stress, on the other hand, is perceived by many as a display of weakness.
